THIS IS HOW WE DO IT
The embroidery process all starts with your logo. If you don't have a design in mind already, we can help you with that. Once your one of a kind logo has been created we need to convert that into stitches by digitzing it. We take that file to our embroidery machine and input into the memory. We carefully resize, adjust thread colors, and orientation and start to prepare the garment for embroidery.
Every item to be embroidered needs to have stabilization behind the logo using the proper backing for the garment. We cut the stabilizer to the required size and place it in our magnetic hoop for secure positioning. Next we take the item to be stitched and carefully position it on the hoop that gets attached to the embroidery machine.
The final and most exciting part is taking the loaded hoop to the machine and getting the logo exactly where you want it printed. We do a trace of your logo to make sure it will be in the optimal location. After everything looks perfect we hit start and watch the magic happen. Our machines can operate up 1300 stitches per minute on flat surfaces and 1000 stitches per minute on hats. On a good day we would simply wait for the process to finish and take the hoop off the garment, remove the stabilizer and trim any loose or unwanted threads.
